Hours would be from 12am-7am.
Duties include night audit and setting up breakfast in the morning.
The ideal candidate for this position is well-organized, patient, and a master of multitasking.
The candidate will be responsible for answering incoming customer calls and emails and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
We're looking for a positive, reliable individual with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, good communication skills and a sense of urgency.
Responsibilities:
Respond to all guest calls and requests.
Answer or forward telephone calls to appropriate personnel.
Greet guests when they arrive and show them to their rooms or assist with transportation arrangements.
Assist with special requests for guests.
Respond to any general inquiries about the hotel.
Address problems and complaints from guests.
